DOGS IN NEED EVERYWHERE

Kuranda Dog Beds: We have purchased, assembled and delivered over 75 beds to dogs at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, Montgomery County SPCA, Helping Paws Rescue, H.O.P.E. Rescue and James Brennan Humane Society. This is our biggest project and one that we will proudly continue, as the need is never ending. We are currently working on buying beds for Washington County Shelter.

Kong Toys: We have purchased over 100 Kong toys and delivered them to dogs at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, Greyhounds As Companions, GRROWLS, Helping Paws Rescue, New England Border Collie Rescue, James Brennan Humane Society, Forever Home Greyhounds, and Keeper Rescue. This is an ongoing project.

Blankets, etc.: We continue to collect comforters, blankets, sheets and towels, all of which must be clean and ready to deliver. We have donated most of these to Greyhounds As Companions. They are used for bedding as well as transport of the animals.

Food: We purchased and delivered 10 cases of high quality canned dog food to "seniors" at Ayres Animal Shelter, which currently has many senior dogs for adoption (some of which have been waiting over 3 years for homes). We also continue to collect excess food, kitty litter and treats from area shelters and re-distribute it to animals in the care of rescues.

Crates: We have collected several large crates and donated them to H.O.P.E. Rescue and Helping Paws Rescue to use for their adoption clinics. We are currently looking for a few medium or large sized crates to donate to an area rescue.

Collars/Leashes: We have purchased over 50 new leashes and collars which we donated to dogs at the Montgomery County SPCA, Out of the Pits Rescue and Peppertree Rescue.

Cash: We collected and sent $450 to Best Friends Animal Society to assist animals that suffered in Hurricane Katrina.
